Civil Engineer and with an Economics degree, Arcadio Gil, served on the construction of La Vaguada in Madrid, managed the Spanish Retail unit of Jones Lang LaSalle, and founded in 2001 LaSBA, a consultancy firm active in Spain, Portugal and Colombia.
Chairman of the European Shopping Places Trust (ESPT), he served on the ICSC VIVA Awards, is a founder, past Chairman, and Socio de Honor of the Asociación Española de Centros Comerciales, and is a member of the ULI Spanish Senior Council
