PropTech Trends Review Review the annual PropTech barometer from ESCP. This session provides insights into the latest trends, technologies, and their impact on the real estate sector. The annual PropTech barometer is a collaborative effort between ESCP Business School and the Government of Monaco through the Extended Monaco for Businesses programme. In this session, Jaime Luque will report the major trends in the sector, including the more than $42 billion investment in PropTech in the last year across 80 countries. Emphasis will be put on successful stories of investments in real estate technology companies. Jaime Luque is a Full Professor of Real Estate at ESCP Business School and Director of the Government of Monaco’s Real Estate Tech Innovation Program.
