This Observatory provides a quarterly presentation of the evolution of the APRESCO Index, reflecting the most relevant metrics of the sector, as well as an analysis of the macroeconomic context and the hottest topics in the industry.

The APRESCO Index offers aggregated average data of the sector based on the most comprehensive and representative sample of companies and assets available today, encompassing over 200 shopping centers and retail parks, and 6 million square meters of GLA (Gross Leasable Area).
