Deividas Jacka acquired his first facility management company at 23 in 2005. Now, Civinity Group, it’s a top building maintenance and engineering solutions provider in the Baltics, managing 10 million sq. m. and numerous engineering systems across Europe. In 2023, Civinity employed 1,500 people in Lithuania, Latvia, and the UK, with a revenue of EUR 87.7 million. Since 2021, Jacka has invested in proptech and founded Lithuania’s PropTech Association.
