Eduardo San Martín

Investment Director at Incus, Eduardo is focused on the execution and structuring of real estate transactions since joining in 2018.
He was previously a Senior Analyst at Colony Capital where he underwrote +€5b and closed +€500m of equity and credit real estate opportunities. He previously worked as an Associate at Deloitte Corporate Finance.
Eduardo holds an MBA from The Wharton School and an M.A. in Management and Finance and an M.A. in Law from Comillas Pontifical University – ICADE.
