Felipe Pérez

Felipe Pérez is the Head of Praemia REIM Spain, a pioneer in responsible investments in healthcare infrastructure. Praemia REIM manages over €19 billion in healthcare properties across Europe. Felipe’s career includes roles at Icade Santé, Quironsalud, and Savills. He holds degrees from Polytechnic University of Madrid and IE Business School. In 2023, he became a lecturer in Healthcare Investment at the Polytechnic University of Madrid’s MDI Master program
