Maria Bento Fernandez

Maria holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (ULPGC). She was born in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, relocated to Barcelona and joined ITeC in 2000. She has experience as a project manager specialising in facade innovative products and has served as ITeC’s representative at EOTA (European Organisation for Technical Assessment) since 2020. She currently convenes EOTA Expert Group 3 – Cladding kits and is a member of several EOTA core teams, including management, quality control and digital working group.
