Martin Trodden

In 2024, Martin has co-founded Integro, a Development Management platform that specialises in the adaptive re-use of obsolete buildings, especially offices. Integro translates from Latin as “Reuse, Renew, Recreate” with the vision to be a key participant in the repurposing of the existing built environment for sustainable outcomes.

Martin was previously a Fund Director at Rockspring / Patrizia and managed Institutional core+ and value-add investment funds across Europe.
