Raquel Bravo

Raquel Bravo Rubio holds a PhD and a Master’s Degree in Leadership and Public Management, as well as having completed the Executive Programme in Public Sector Governance at ESADE.

She has held various positions in the State Administration and in Madrid City Council, where she is currently Chief of the Communication and Institutional Relations Department of General Directorate for Strategic Planning of the Government Area of Urbanism, Environment and Mobility.
