AWARD FOR THE BEST REAL ESTATE OPERATION OF THE YEAR BY LA VANGUARDIA

The acquisition includes Cromwell European management business, 27’8% of the Cromwell European REIT (CEREIT), a Singapore-listed €2.2 bn portfolio invested in Europe and the 50% of Cromwell Urban Italy Logistics Fund, for a total valuation of €280 MM. Operating as Stoneweg, the new entity will have a combined AUM of c. €8 bn, comprising equity and debt investments in the European residential, light industrial, logistics, hospitality, office, cultural and leisure sectors and US residential.

The roofs of Prologis’ logistics buildings in Spain will be converted into solar plants that generate clean and sustainable energy. The company has signed an agreement with ACCIONA Energía, which will be responsible for installing up to 10.5 MWp of photovoltaic power on the roofs of the buildings. The energy generated will be used to supply the energy consumption of Prologis customers, boosting the decarbonization of the logistics sector, and as a solar community for the neighbors in the area.

AWARD FOR THE BEST REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT DESTINATION BY SMARTRENTAL

The “Plan TRANSFORMA MADRID” is a global strategic tool of the Madrid City Council. Through public investment in the form of subsidies, it promotes the rehabilitation of the city’s residential real estate. All of this stems from the diagnosis of the rehabilitation processes developed in Madrid in recent years and aims to meet the city’s objectives of habitability, energy efficiency, and sustainability.

Reental facilitates investment in the Spanish real estate sector. The recovery of Zorrotzaurre is the most significant intervention of the Bilbao City Council, covering 838,781 m². The area, highly run-down and with a dispersed urban fabric, faced risks of flooding and pollution. The project seeks to revitalize Zorrotzaurre as an Urban District of Innovation, attracting talent and boosting the economy, while conserving its the roots.
That said, Zorrotzaurre seeks to position itself and the rest of the city as a beacon of innovation and sustainability.

AWARD FOR THE BEST REAL ESTATE OPERATION WITH GREATEST ESG IMPACT BY CAIXABANK

Project RA is how we name internally the pioneering project that consists of the installation of 62 collective photovoltaic self-consumption units with surplus compensation and integration with aerothermal heat pumps for DHW production in 9 out of 62 assets managed by Testa Homes.

AEDAS Homes has been promoting a unique initiative in the real estate sector called ‘ConLasArtes by AEDAS Homes,’ which shows the company’s commitment to society and culture. The company has held 18 competitions through this program. This project focuses on patronage, representing a step forward in our involvement with the urban environment where our residential developments are located. We aim not only to physically transform the surroundings but also to enrich the “soul” of the neighborhoods.

Construction of 28 passivahus homes in one of the most exclusive residential areas of Sitges. They are luxury houses on a plot of more than 600 m2 each with private pool, spa area, cinema, games room… and with private security 24/7. AWARD FOR THE BEST REAL ESTATE FUND, MANAGEMENT COMPANY OR INVESTMENT GROUP BY BANC SABADELL

AWARD FOR THE BEST REAL ESTATE PROJECT OR DEVELOPMENT BY AZORA

Plan Vive Madrid is developing the construction of almost 6.500 dwellings in different locations of the Region through a public private Partnership.  ESG principles are the foundations of this plan, which is focus on sustainable Architecture (high level of efficiency, innovative building solutions, industrialized construction and environment respect) and affordable rentals to promote social impact, through public tenders governed by transparency procedures.

Inspired by Art Deco architecture, this new all-inclusive mid-stay hotel exudes a brash and vibrant attitude. Node stands out for offering modern, community-focused spaces with a contemporary design. Our value proposition is that all spaces encourage interaction and connection between residents. We have created an irresistible destination, with 827 fully furnished units. The building includes parking, sports courts and swimming pool, complemented by over 8K m2 of landscaped gardens.

Maremagnum has turned the shopping center into a unique destination that brings together the best leisure offer in front of the sea. Maremagnum has improved the design, infrastructures, as well as access from the city centre to attract the local public. Moreover, It has inaugurated Time Out Market, the first in Spain, third in Europe and the first of the brand in a shopping center. A shopping destination designed for tourists has been turned into a leisure destination for the local public.
