1. I can’t start the registration process

Once you have entered the registration page for The District Show visitors, you have to select your Pass Type and how many visitors you are going to register.

 

Then, you can start the process by clicking the “Next Step” button.

 

2. I have a discount code, how do I register?

The District is a professional event. Our partners can offer exclusive discounts to their associate members. If you have a discount code, you have to go to the registration page for The District Show visitor. There you will find an input box to type your code. By clicking the button “Apply Discount” you will see how some type of pass is colored in blue. This is the one you can choose as your type pass.

 

3. How do I know that I am correctly registered?

Once you have finished the registration process, you will see a Confirmation Messange on your screen. In a few minutes, you will receive an email from The District Show which is linked to your PDF pass.

 

If you don’t get our email, please, check your spam or junk email. After receive the confirmation email, please add us to your contact list, so you will receive important communications about your visit to The District Show.

 

4. I need an invoice

Your invoice will be generated automatically after finishing the purchasing process. You can download it from the email you will receive after confirm the payment.

5. The registration page doesn’t load

Some companies have networks that blocks the access to The District platform. Please, try to visit the registration page for The District Show visitor through another browser or using your mobile device.

7. I have already registered, what do I need to access the event?

You will receive a link to download your final pass in PDF format by email. You must print this pass in colour. At your arrival at The District Show we will provide you with a lanyard and a pass holder so that you can carry your badge visible during your visit. Please, remember that exhibitors may ask you to scan your pass with contactless technology to save your interest in their services and solutions.

 

8. Where can I find the exhibitors list?

The District Show exhibitors list will be at your disposal from our web and mobile APP in the following months.

 

9. What services does the venue offer during The District Show celebration?

All The District Show visitors, exhibitors, and speakers have a cloakroom service.

 

The District Show offers you a mobile app. There you will find the exhibitors list, all the congress program, speakers list and all the information about the event.

 

10. I am an exhibitor and I have some questions

If you are an exhibitor and you need to resolve any doubts, remember that through yourExhibitor Area, you will find all the information about your participation in the event, the communication kit to promote your participation or even the Exhibitor’s Guide.

11. Do you need a VISA?

It is your sole responsibility to take care of visa requirements. If you require a VISA support letter to attend The District, please request one via the registration system after you have completed your registration. Only with a minimum purchase of a Premium VIP Pass for 3 days you can receive your visa.

 

Please note that the issuance of the letter of invitation does not guarantee the approval of your Visa application by the relevant authorities. Visa processing and approval are subject to the decision of the respective consulate or embassy. In the event that your Visa application is not approved or you are unable to attend the event for any reason, the ticket purchase is non-refundable according to the general terms and conditions of the sale. We will provide the requested invitation letter in accordance with your request, but we are not responsible for the results related to Visa approvals. You will receive the invitation letter enclosed in the registration confirmation email, following your express request via the pass purchase form.

 

12. Student Pass

The District is a professional event. In case there is a center/institute/university or group of students interested in attending The District 2025, they should contact and make the request through the email:  to know the conditions and manage the access, which can only be done on the last day, Friday 27th September 2024 from 13:00 on.

 

It can be requested by:

 

  1. Teachers of degrees related to the real estate field.
  2. Students in their final year of bachelor’s or master’s degrees related to real estate.

 

Students must attend with a teacher during the visit. The organizers reserve the right to refuse admission to the event in case of inappropriate behavior or dress-code.

 

13. VIP Lounge

There are specific event areas, such as the VIP Room, where access is exclusively for professionals. These areas will be clearly marked, and the organization reserves the right to request a professional card upon entry.
